Here's a little-used function on the Knowledge Bank.

Did you know that you can record offline training events? For example group face-to-face training sessions? Here's how. The Certificates functionality (My Activities>Certificates) allows you to add both individaul training records and bulk training for offline activitives.

In the Certificates list view, these will be listed as "External", whereas "Course" means that the certificate has been generated from the successful completion of one of our e-learning courses.
